I start by listening. Your story matters. Your sensations matter. Your pace matters. I teach you how your body works so you can work with it instead of against it. I don't do "push through." This is individualized care. Cookie cutter doesn't cut it.What I bring to the table: neuroplasticity principles and how nervous systems actually rewire. Trauma-informed movement where safety comes first. Fascia and nervous system strategies. Cannabis education for pain and regulation. 48 years of meditation and embodiment practice. And a body that has taught me everything the textbooks left out.
This is the art and science of sustainable healing.
Your body is wise. Even when it's loud. Even when it's inconvenient. Even when it doesn't follow the script.
I've been a physical therapist for 35 years. I've also been meditating since I was eighteen, living in a body that breaks and rebuilds, and translating between two languages: the body's ancient knowing and medicine's measured explanations.
I work with people whose bodies don't follow the standard arc—hypermobility, chronic pain, nervous system sensitivity, invisible illness. Not to fix you. To help you discover your own capacity to heal.
This isn't push-through fitness. This isn't "just relax." This is nervous system care, rooted in science, informed by lived experience, and built on the understanding that safety comes first.
I fell as though I am a mystic in a lab coat. The contemplatives and the clinicians are saying the same thing—I just happen to speak both languages.
You're not broken. You're becoming.

Healing in Community
Share Care is group-based support—movement, co-regulation, and connection with others who understand what it's like to live in a complex body. A professional visit is shared between 2 to 4 clients for affordable, quality care. We gather&practice together, discovering that healing doesn't have to happen alone.
When we're in community, we access resources we can't find in isolation. The nervous system settles differently when it's witnessed. This is where the real work happens.
